Val Kotter started his business in 1985 in Brigham City, known as Val Kotter & Sons, Inc. Val grew up west of Brigham City and began his career in construction, soon becoming the “Go-To Guy.” He started his business with a sealing van, a truck equipped to seal leaks, perform camera inspections, and handle everything he needed. This truck is still running and operating, just as Val has continued to do.
As his business grew, Val’s workload increased, requiring him to purchase more equipment and explore new directions. He began cleaning and televising main sewer and storm drain lines. Later, he purchased a Lateral Launch truck to televise laterals. Val then ventured into rehabilitating existing sewer and storm drain lines using Fold & Form PVC Alloy SDR-35 liners. He has successfully installed these liners for over 25 years, and this expertise has allowed him to expand into Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Nevada.
Val prides himself on his ability to identify problems and repair them in the most effective way possible. His employees are certified technicians with the knowledge and skills to complete jobs professionally.
